We utilize the CMS component of Jahia Digital Experience Platform to help clients build out intricate websites, some public facing and some internal only. The majority of these CMS managed sites utilize custom development to expand on Jahia Digital Experience Platforms base functionality to meet various business requirements. We also train end users on how to utilize Jahia Digital Experience Platform to manage their content once everything has been completed in terms of development. Thanks to the user friendliness of the platform, this training is usually smooth and quick.

Jahia, a powerful CMS with a top-notch support team
We use Jahia as a CMS to feed the different pages of our website.We also use it to integrate contributable content into business applications, so that we can enrich them without having to upgrade them.

- The technical errors lack the detail needed to fully understand certain crashes.

Jahia Digital Experience Platform is a great platform for delivering the best digital experience on the web. I have used it in the past so I was delighted that it was selected to run the Partners site. The platform provides all the flexibility and extensibility with an array of community and Jahia Digital Experience Platform sponsored modules. We have been able to leverage the SSO, Forms, Bootstrap, etc modules. In additional to these modules, we bought Jahia StackConnect to build integration into Salesforce. Instead of coding to Salesforce API, we were able to use Jahia StackConnect to build workflows using the workflow designer to integrate to Salesforce in a matter of hours. With the launch of the site, we have seen our partners engage with us by registering deals of potential customers.

Powerful CMS
We have multiple websites set up in Jahia Digital Experience Platform which is easy to maintain and set up. There are lot of pdfs uploaded to the site and searchable across the site. It's complicated to create a dynamic page with other third party database since Java is used to develop the module. You need to have high Java skill and tomcat background. It's easy to maintain the pdf on the site.

- It will be great to have more documentation and sample for the use of Jahia
- More modules could be available on the store

Very flexible Digital Experience Platform - Jahia.
We are a web & app development company. Here we used Jahia DXP, due to its flexibility and ease of use it actually helped in maintaining our client's portals. We also used Jahia's Employee Intranets to connect with the team. It was first recommended by one of my employees.
- It very well provide 360 degree view of customers. It consolidate data points.
- It consolidate data points from various source.
- Easy to use and very much flexible, if require one can add plugins.
- Initial setup of system is tedious.
- Lack of setup documents.
- They should have provided Templates for certain fixed types of use cases.

We utilize Jahia to deliver high-performance web-based applications for our clients that span marketing, portal and transactional needs. When our clients need a unified platform that combines CMS, DAM, Analytics and requires it to be in a more granular controlled manner, Jahia is hands-down what does the best job. Doesn't hurt that it's also very cost effective compared to weaker alternatives. With the new cloud based offering we are able to launch customer projects even faster with less worry about infra.
- Easier to integrate other systems with Jahia than with other CMS platforms. The architecture is much cleaner and flexible.
- Expanded capability across multiple needs in most projects (CMS, DAM, Analytics, Portal etc).
- Price!
- Cloud offering
- Jahia would benefit from broader marketing and user-base. Great software, hidden gem still.
- Functionality-wise, adding an email campaign capability would really round out a full end-to-end stack.
- In context help, as we cycle through authors, retraining would be easier if admin screens had help in line.
